Breath Work is self-care. Self-Care is being the best you, you can be. I never truly understood what it meant to meditate deeply until I found this practice. If you're looking to find a deeper connection to your emotional body, and an inexpensive class that can relieve stress and anxiety, try one of my group classes or one-one on one sessions. I also offer acting coaching for performers.
About Me
Many years ago, I was a Broadway performer, now I am a father, acting teacher, and breath coach.
Breath Work led me to a deeper meditative practice that has relieved my stress and anxiety.
Breath Work helped me to better understand and find relief from my addictive personality and ADD.
Breath Work helped me to find a deeper love for myself and for those around me.
Breath work taught me to live in the moment.
